P21+ Project Management

The ProCure21+ National Framework is a framework agreement with six Supply Chains (PSCPs) – major building contractors, selected via an OJEU Tender process for capital investment construction schemes across England up to 2016. An NHS Client or joint-venture may select a Supply Chain for a project they wish to undertake without having to go through an OJEU procurement themselves.

At HDS we have managed numerous successful P21 projects for NHS clients. We understand the process and can act as client advisor, or in any role within the process as we may be asked to do.

HDS are project managers. We will act for our client at all stages of a project and manage any projects from inception to completion.
