We were commissioned to design a fit out of the new vacant premises in The Strand for an existing client, whose core business is the facility of qualitative researching and viewing of consumer reaction to products in preparation for market with manufacturers. Given the need to open the facility without delay, fast-track construction methods were adopted and we created a suite of 5 consumer studios with client control rooms where they can monitor and gauge reactions to their new products from behind observation windows.

In addition, there were management and staff facilities for the new larger company structure.
