We work, in the main, with NHS Estate Managers responsible for the implementation and management of capital expenditure programmes. We are able to assemble your programme and document it in a format required for controlling body approval. Typically programmes are based on accommodation requirements and building condition and respond to a number of factors.
Project identification and financial estimates are converted to scoping documents and detailed project programmes which are then monitored physically and financially throughout the period of the programme.
