BREEAM ASSESSMENTS

Sustainability and the environmental performance of healthcare buildings are increasingly a priority not only for new developments but also for existing buildings in operation. BREEAM is a tool based system which evaluates the performance of building projects and guides the professional team and clients in refining hospital design. It substitutes and improves on the NHS Environmental Assessment Tool (NEAT) for existing sites.
